Congressman Sestak discusses strategy with EST Coryell for
his upcoming election for US Senate
EST Coryell, Congressman Sestak, and Council Representative
Mike Wells during a recent visit the Congressman made to our
Council office.

Carpenter Retirees Club #19 had a day in Harrisburg with
a guided tour of our State Capitol Building and a meeting
with State Representative John Sabatina Jr. They and a
wonderful lunch and a Riverboat ride on the Susquehanna
River. A great day was had by all.

Council Delegate Bo Dickerson and his band won 1st place in
Froggy's 99 FM Country Music Showdown at the annual Pork
in the Park Festival. The Bo Dickerson's Band beat out 5 other
bands to take 1st place. |

Local 122 Members spend a nice Spring day fishing for Stripers.
Their day was a huge success and a fun day for everyone.
Local Union #37 Member Mike "Mugs" Warfe receives an
Outstanding Achievement award from his employer Harrah's Chester.
Mike saved his employer thousands of dollars when, after a few
trial and errors, he was able to fabricate in house new seat covers
for the Slot Machine chairs. Congratulations to Mike for his
dedication and commitment.
Council Members who worked on the finish touches of the Union
Soccer stadium in Chester PA. All work was completed for the
UNION home opener on Saturday June 26th.
